Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments via Paypal you do not need a paypal Account. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Euros or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 7 days from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns after this period, Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 7 days from the date of purchase. In the event that the wrong item is shipped or arrives damaged (photographs will need to be supplied) we will replace the item by adding them to your next order or they will be sent out using Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Sample orders i.e. orders containing items of quantities below 6 pieces are not returnable neither are personalised or food items.

International customers who receive damaged items or fulfillment mistakes will be given the option of the replacement items sent in their next order or a refund on that item only.

We do not refund Postage costs.

For personal and company checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a £25 fee on all returned checks.
